Barton House is a certified memory care community designed to serve the needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other related memory disorders. We are a twenty (20) bed residence located in Sugar Land on a beautiful, lake-front property featuring a secure back yard with walking paths and mature oak trees. We have built and managed small, home-like memory-care residences for over twenty (20) years. We understand that a specialized focus equates to better care. We honor what makes each of our residents special and from that create individualized programming focused on experiences that create a connection to the past.
