CGHRS provide a minim of 1 hour or more relief to families who take care of love ones at home or resides in a long-term care facility, as well those that need companionship. We understand caring for a family member that is ageing along with medical condition can be overwhelming. Our assessment team member will come to your home to complete an assessment application to see if our services would be a good fit for the client, we also provided CPR in the event of an emergency if the consent application is sign and dated by caretaker or client . A recreational aid will be assigned and follow the care plan, we provided indoor and out door activities, accompany client to medical office visit , light ADL and medication reminder only.
