Our organization is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that provides support, education and resources for caregivers and quality care for those living with memory loss and other challenges of aging. We provide four primary programs that directly support caregivers: Gathering Place, Second Family, Common Ground and Caregiver Educational Events. Our volunteers are a part of a Care Team(r) that supports a CarePartners program. Much of our care is for the frail, elderly, and individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Our programs are at no cost to the caregiver and their loved one.
